Nothing in the world like home raised beef. We have some steak and hamburger for sale at the store in Calumet. We may have some quarters, haves or whole beeves for sale later in the year.
We will have beef for sale at the store and quarters, haves and whole beeves next year. It takes a long time to get an animal ready for the butcher shop. You must plan far in advance to get butcher dates at the butcher shop.
